I’m thrilled and delighted to announce that my first chapbook, Of a Mother, has been selected as a finalist in the 2022 New Women’s Voices Chapbook Competition by Finishing Line Press, which will publish the collection. Thank you to all who have supported my writing over the years.

My bridge poem is up!

The first couplet in my 12-couplet poem, “Nexus,” has been installed on the North Main Street Bridge in Greensburg, PA. Each month, a new couplet will go up on the bridge. It’s a privilege and a thrill to have my writing in a public art piece.
Check out this profile interview with me where I dive into my creative process for this poem.

I’m featured in the Spring & Summer 2022 issue of the WMAA’s Perspectives quarterly newsletter re: my new poem, “Nexus,” coming in June 2022 for the Bridging the Gap/Analog Scroll public art project in Greensburg, PA.
Newly published: “Rings”
F(r)ictionLog has published one of my pieces, “Rings.” I’m loving the accompanying artwork.
Bridging the Gap Public Art Project
Some excellent news to share: I have been selected as one of four writers for the next iterations of artist Janet Zweig’s Analog Scroll, part of the Westmoreland Museum of American Art’s Bridging the Gap public art project. I will create a site-specific poem to be placed on Greensburg, PA’s North Main Street Bridge from February 2022-February 2023 (barring any pandemic delays).
Greensburg is the home of my undergrad alma mater, Seton Hill, so I am excited to be creating poems about a city that nurtured me so well.
